Mari Froes

Mari Froes is a Brazilian singer and songwriter, considered one of the great discoveries of the new generation of Música Popular Brasileira (MPB). With her deep and soft timbre, she brings a unique identity to her compositions, inspired by MPB, Bossa Nova, and Samba. Mari Froes began her musical career by sharing her favourite songs on her YouTube channel, which now has over 100 million views. In 2019, she released her first single,s “Moça” and “Rosa e Laranja,” which were well received both in Brazil and internationally. Her first EP “Nebulosa” was released in 2020. In March 2023, Mari Froes was on a European tour together with Agnes Nunes. Her music transcends borders, bringing Brazilian sounds to the world with mastery and ease.
